INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PLANS

Highly individualised 12-week training plan is designed carefully to match your physical capacity and challenge you in a way that will improve your running performance in any endurance event – from 5K road races to ultra trail events. Upon plan purchase, we'll assess your previous training history to understand your current needs, strengths and weaknesses, and a complete training program will be sent to you in your preferred format. Training programs also include strength & conditioning exercise routines recommended for runners to progress with your training more efficiently and stay injury free.
